Peerless Bake and Roast Gas Deck Ovens come in a variety of configurations and are referred to as "Sectional Ovens" in the industry.
They can be set up for either natural gas or liquid propane. All of our ovens are factory tested to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, especially when our start-up instructions are followed.
